At Chemical Guys, we want your style to be as bold as our brand, so if your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip generated from our portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
